Bramble with Lemon Syrup

Ingredients :

1 ¼ oz (38 ml) gin (citrus/fruity/floral)

½ oz (15 ml) creme de cassis

½ oz (15 ml) lemon syrup

2 oz (60 ml) sparkling water

Blackberries (for garnish)

Preparation :

Put all the ingredients in a glass, except the sparkling water.

Fill with ice cream and stir until your fingers get very cold.

Top up with sparkling water.

Garnish with fresh blackberries.
