Verona Cream Soda
1 oz (30 ml) non-alcoholic amaretto
¼ oz (8 ml) raspberry syrup
½ oz (15 ml) 35% cream
Maraschino cranberries and nutmeg (for garnish)
Add syrup and cream to a tall glass and fill with ice.
Stir with a chopstick or bar spoon until your fingers become very cold.
Top up with sparkling water.
Garnish with nutmeg and maraschino cranberries.
