Dark N Stormy
Ingredients :
1 oz (30 ml) dark rum
½ oz (15 ml) ginger syrup
1 ½ oz (45ml) sparkling water
Lime slice (for garnish)
Preparation :
Pour all the ingredients into a copper mug or glass, except the sparkling water.
Fill with ice cream and stir until your fingers get very cold.
Top up with sparkling water.
Garnish with a slice of lime.

Indeed, the recipe called Dark 'N Stormy® is the intellectual property of the Gosling company and can only be made with this rum, without lime. Because we are a bit pirates, we let the rules: we make ours with lime! It is said that the name evokes the black clouds that would advance over the sea just before the storm...
