We have tried many ginger syrup recipes throughout the years, but have now achieved the quintessence of fresh, concentrated ginger in a bottle. How to use it?
White and red beers;
red sangria;
Crazy with still and sparkling ciders;
In iced teas (green, black, chai, matcha), with cola, in lemonade, with kombucha and a splash of hot water;
In the kitchen to make Asian salad dressings and marinades, in oatmeal or cereal and on fruit, chocolate, cookies, yogurt and ice cream.
