Green Apple Gimlet with Ginger Syrup
Ingredients :
1 ¼ oz (38 ml) gin (spicy or herbal)
½ oz (15 ml) ginger syrup
¼ oz (8 ml) fresh lime juice
4 green apple cubes
Green apple cubes (for garnish)
Preparation :
In a shaker, mash the green apple in the syrup.
Add remaining ingredients.
Fill with ice cream and stir until your fingers get very cold.
Strain through a fine sieve into a chilled coupe or martini glass.
Garnish with green apple cubes.
