Gym Lemonade with Gym Tonic

Ingredients :

½ oz (15 ml) gym tonic

1 C. 1/2 tsp (5 mL) maple syrup

1 pinch of fleur de sel

2 ½ oz (150 ml) sparkling water

Lemon zest and blackberry (for garnish)

Preparation :

Fill a highball glass with ice and add all ingredients except sparkling water.

Stir with a bar spoon until your fingers become very cold.

Top with sparkling water.

Garnish with a lemon zest and a blackberry.
