Bourbon Lemonade
Ingredients :
1 oz (30ml) bourbon
½ oz (15 ml) lemon syrup
½ tsp. (2.5 ml) honey
1 ½ oz (45ml) sparkling water
Lemon wheel
Preparation :
In a glass add the honey to a teaspoon of hot water and stir with a spoon to dissolve.
Add ice and the rest of the ingredients
except sparkling water.
Stir with a chopstick or bar spoon until your fingers get cold.
Top with sparkling water.
Garnish with a lemon wheel.
