Mamaretto with NOA Amaretto and Ginger Syrup

Mamaretto avec amaretto NOA et sirop de gingembre
Ingredients :

1 oz (30 ml) NOA alcohol-free amaretto

1/2 oz (15 ml) ginger syrup

Pinch of ground cinnamon

3 oz (90 ml) Montellier sparkling water

Citrus slice (for garnish)

Preparation :

In a glass, add all the ingredients (except the Montellier).

Fill with ice and mix with a spoon until your fingers become very cold.

Top with Montellier.

Garnish with a citrus wheel.
