Martini with Elderflower Syrup
Ingredients :
30ml (1oz) gin
15 ml (½ oz.) vodka
22 ml (¾ oz) elderflower syrup
Lemon zest (for garnish)
Preparation :
In a shaker pour all the ingredients and mix until the fingers are very cold.
Strain through a sieve and pour into a chilled martini glass.
Garnish with a lemon zest.
