2 ¼ oz (68 ml) acerum or vodka
½ oz (15 ml) vermouth or sweet maple syrup
¼ oz (8 ml) lemon syrup
Lemon zest (for garnish)
In a mixing glass, add all the ingredients and fill with ice.
Mix with a bar spoon or a chopstick.
Strain through a fine sieve into a chilled martini glass.
Garnish with a lemon zest.
About our Maple Martini
A martini that harnesses the complex taste of fermented maple on a fresh lemon oil finish. Ideal with Quebec acerum, it will also be delicious with an artisanal vodka.
