Matcha & Tonic with Ginger Syrup

Recette de cocktail - Monsieur Cocktail - Patrice Plante -  Matcha & Tonic
Ingredients :

3 oz (90 ml) matcha tea

¼ oz (8 ml) ginger syrup

5 oz (150 ml) tonic

Orange slice (for garnish)

Preparation :

In a glass filled with ice, add all the ingredients (except the tonic).

Mix with a spoon until your fingers become very cold.

Top up with tonic.

Garnish with a slice of orange.

An exceptional non-alcoholic iced tea! Orange, matcha and ginger are a mix concocted in heaven. For a fall version, you can replace the ginger syrup with pumpkin spice syrup.
