Melon, Raspberry and Mint Martini
Ingredients :
1 oz (30ml) vodka
¼ oz (8 ml) white crème de menthe
½ oz (15 ml) raspberry syrup
6 large cubes of crushed watermelon
Watermelon (for garnish)
Preparation :
In a shaker, mash the melon in the syrup.
Add the rest of the ingredients and mix with ice.
Strain through a fine sieve into a chilled cup.
Garnish with a watermelon triangle.
