Moscow Mule with Mango and Ginger Syrups

Ingredients :

1 oz (30ml) vodka

1/2 oz (15 ml) mango syrup

1/3 oz (10 ml) ginger syrup

2 oz (60 ml) sparkling water

Mint (for garnish)

Preparation :

In a tall glass (highball) or a copper cup, pour all the ingredients (except the sparkling water) and fill with ice.

Mix with a spoon until your fingers become very cold.

Top with sparkling water.

Garnish with fresh mint.
