Gin Pumice with Ginger Syrup

Ingredients :

1 oz (30 ml) gin (citrus or spicy)

½ oz (15 ml) ginger syrup

3 oz (90 ml) hot water

Lemon slice and clove (for garnish)

Preparation :

Heat a cup with boiling water then discard the water when ready to serve.

Add all the ingredients to the hot cup and stir with a spoon.

Garnish with a slice of lemon studded with cloves.
