Rum Christmas Punch
1 cup spiced rum
1 bottle (750ml) Hakutsuru sake
¾ cup (180 ml) ginger syrup
2 cups (500 ml) old-fashioned apple juice
1 ½ cups (375 ml) spruce beer
Slices of apple and cranberries (for garnish)
Add all ingredients except beer to a punch bowl.
Fill the bowl with ice cream and stir with a wooden spoon.
Add the spruce beer.
Garnish with apple slices and cranberries.

For the Monsieur Cocktail team, nothing reminds us of the holiday season more than fir and ginger. We have therefore decided to concoct together a punch revolving around the delicate notes of Japanese sake, offering a particular aromatic harmony with apple and Quebec cranberry… as well as spruce. Yield: 6 servings
