Rum and Pineapple Punch with Ginger Syrup

Ingredients :

10 oz (300 ml) Jamaican rum

1 ½ oz (45 ml) orange liqueur

5 oz (150 ml) ginger syrup

3 oz (90 ml) pineapple juice

1 ½ oz (45 ml) fresh lime juice

10 oz (300 ml) sparkling water

8 dashes of Angostura bitters

Mint and orange slices (for garnish)

Preparation :

In a punch bowl, add all ingredients except sparkling water.

Fill the bowl with ice cream and stir with a wooden spoon.

Add sparkling water.

Garnish with mint leaves and orange slices.
