Slush with Lychee Syrup

Ingredients :

1 cup (250ml) vodka

½ cup (125 ml) lychee liqueur

½ cup (125 ml) raspberry syrup

¾ cup (175 ml) fresh lemon juice

½ cup (125ml) water

12 whole lychees

Lychee and raspberry (for garnish)

Preparation :

In a blender, grind the lychees, water and vodka.

Strain through a fine sieve into a dish with the rest of the ingredients.

Freeze for at least 12 hours.

Pour the desired amount of slush into your favorite glass.
