Tequila and Rhubarb Slush
¾ oz (23ml) gin
½ oz (15ml) absinthe
¼ oz (8 ml) raspberry syrup
¾ oz (23 ml) emerald unicorn syrup
½ oz (15 ml) lime juice
½ oz (15ml) water
1 pinch of hot pepper
Ice cube (for garnish)
In a blender add all the ingredients.
Blend until smooth and pour into your favorite glass.
Garnish with rhubarb pieces.

Heat wave. It was hot. The dog had his tongue hanging out, I had just received some magnificent rhubarb from my parents' garden and then the lightning bolt arrived. And if I invented a Paloma with rhubarb and raspberries, but in slush? And yes, it's even better than it looks in writing.
