Tequila and Rhubarb Slush with Raspberry Syrup and Emerald Unicorn Syrup
Ingredients :
¾ oz (23ml) gin
½ oz (15ml) absinthe
¼ oz (8 ml) raspberry syrup
¾ oz (23 ml) emerald unicorn syrup
½ oz (15 ml) lime juice
½ oz (15ml) water
1 pinch of hot pepper
Ice cube (for garnish)
Preparation :
In a blender add all the ingredients.
Blend until smooth and pour into your favorite glass.
Garnish with rhubarb pieces.
