Classic Tequila and Rhubarb Slush
1 cup (250 ml) 100% agave white tequila
½ cup (125 ml) rhubarb liqueur
½ cup (125 ml) raspberry syrup
½ cup (125 ml) lime juice
½ cup (125 ml) grapefruit juice
1 cup (250ml) water
Rhubarb (for garnish)
Pour all the ingredients into a dish and mix with a wooden spoon.
Freeze for at least 12 hours.
Pour the desired amount of slush into your favorite glass and dilute with sparkling water.
Will keep for 1 month in the freezer. Makes about 6 servings.
