Southside with Lemon Syrup
Ingredients :
1 oz (30 ml) gin (juniper, herbaceous or spicy)
½ oz (15 ml) lemon syrup
4 mint leaves
Fresh mint (for garnish)
Preparation :
In a shaker, add all the ingredients.
Fill with ice cream and stir until your fingers get very cold.
Strain through a fine strainer into a chilled cup.
Garnish with a bunch of fresh mint.
