1 ½ oz (45 ml) red aperitivo (Campari style)
½ oz (15 ml) raspberry syrup
2 oz (60 ml) dry sparkling wine
1 oz (30ml) sparkling water
Raspberries and basil (for garnish)
In a wine glass filled with ice, add all the ingredients (except sparkling wine and sparkling water) and mix.
Top up with sparkling water and sparkling wine.
Garnish with fresh raspberries and fresh basil.
