Elderflower Tequila & Tonic
Ingredients :
1 oz (30 ml) 100% agave white tequila
½ oz (15 ml) elderflower syrup
½ oz (15 ml) fresh lime juice
2 ½ oz (75 ml) tonic
Grapefruit slice (for garnish)
Preparation :
In a high glass pour all the ingredients, except the tonic.
Fill with ice and stir with a chopstick or bar spoon until your fingers are very cold.
Lengthen with the tonic.
Garnish with a slice of grapefruit.
