Raspberry and Maple Mai Tai
1 1/2 oz (45 ml) spiced rum
1/2 oz (15 ml) raspberry syrup
1/4 oz (8 ml) maple syrup
3/4 oz (22 ml) fresh lime juice
A pinch of cinnamon
A drop of balsamic vinegar
Fresh mint (for garnish)
In a shaker, add all the ingredients.
Fill with ice cream and stir until your fingers get very cold.
Strain through a fine sieve into a tiki glass or short glass filled with ice.
Garnish with a bunch of fresh mint
