One day in the spring of 2018, we had an idea: what if we could create a good bloody Caesar without the dashes of unpronounceable sauces and the rim of celery salt that sticks to our fingers?

So we took to task and bottled the perfect balance of Worcestershire sauce, apple cider vinegar, chili peppers and a diverse mix of spices ranging from celery to garlic, onion and herbs.

A perfect bloody drink each time? Not a bad deal!

How to use it?

  • Blond beers;
  • Ideal with clamato or tomato juice, carrot, pepper or celery juice;
  • In the kitchen to make dressings with meat, carpaccio, tomato sauce, seafood pasta. Makes an instant wafu sauce in mayonnaise and is the mignonette's favorite friend to accompany oysters.

Ingredients: Water, vinegar, soy sauce, tomato paste, sugar, onion powder, fish sauce (anchovy extract, salt, sugar), celery seeds, crushed cayenne pepper, citric acid (acidulant), powder of garlic, dried herbs. Contains: Soy, Wheat, Fish.

Made in small batches and bottled by hand in the beautiful city of Quebec, Canada.

Soy and tomato quickly give way to an impressive bouquet of spices combining fresh celery, onion and chives. The finish is slightly spicy and reminiscent of Worcestershire.
