We got the idea to create the first non-alcoholic base inspired by gin and northern flavours while hiking through the wilderness of Quebec. With notes of lemony juniper berry, spruce, myrtle and rosemary, this is a solid base for you to mix with tonic, sparkling water, ginger or lime!

Ingredients: Demineralised Water, Glycerin, Citric Acid, Natural Extracts and Flavourings, Potassium Sorbate, Sodium Benzoate, Dimethyl Bicarbonate.

Made in small batches and bottled by hand in the beautiful city of Quebec, Canada.

Served cold, it has a peppery nose of spruce and juniper berry. On the palate, the piney citrus of juniper dominates, punctuated by a backdrop of spruce and the woody notes of myrtle. The finish is mild, with a fresh lemony edge.
