Long awaited, strawberry syrup is finally coming into your life. It took years of testing to achieve the right vegetal, acid and sweet balance of this exceptional fruit, which changes its flavor profile a lot depending on its degree of ripening.

Our strawberry syrup ticks all the boxes for happiness: it is delicate but powerful, fruity to perfection and is made with cold-pressed strawberry juice from the fight against food waste.

Bottled in small batches to preserve as much freshness and natural strawberry flavor as possible, you just created a “drette” need for yourself. Mojito? Sparkling water? White beer? White, red or rosé wine? Cider? Gin & Tonic? Garrrr, it works well in everything.

How to use it?

• White and blond beers, as well as cider;
• white, red and pink sangria;
• Perfect as a kir royal or mimosa;
• In iced teas (green, oolong, sencha), with sparkling water, lemonade, 7UP and orange, pineapple and mango juices;
• In the kitchen to make coulis on ice cream, yogurt, fruit salad, white chocolate, mascarpone, coconut and pancakes as well as balsamic and arugula vinaigrettes.
