Emerald Unicorn Syrup

Gentle and exotic like the beach, the sea and the sun, this syrup is made of local amber honey and 100% pure passion fruit juice. Pear juice balances the flavour profile, while colored food glitter from our Quebec partner Spirdust adds a touch of fantasy to the whole experience.

For every bottle sold, $0.25 will be donated to Cystic Fibrosis Canada to help fund research. By purchasing our honey syrup, you are choosing a world without artificial flavours, preservatives or disease.

How to use it?

• White and blond beers;
• white sangria;
• Perfect as a kir or a kir royal;
• In iced teas (green, oolong, sencha), with sodas, in lemonade and with NOA alcohol-free amaretto;
• In the kitchen to make coulis on fruit salad and pancakes flambéed with rum.
