Nothing marks the arrival of summer like peach, whether fresh, in lemonade or mixed in cocktails.

And this syrup is our love letter to springs enjoyed and celebrated.

Sweetened with a bit of honey, it brings forth the sweetness of our yellow-fleshed peach juice and the delicate florality associated with white-fleshed peaches.

How to serve

White beers;

  • White sangrias;
  • Perfect in a kir or kir royale;
  • In iced teas (green, oolong, matcha, black), with sodas, sparkling water, lemonade or slush;
  • In the kitchen to make coulis on ice cream, yogurt, fruit salad, cheesecake, apple or sugar pie and pancakes as well as dressings with pork or white fish.

    Taste

    Floral peach nose where the sweetness of amber honey floats. On the palate, fresh, sweet and lemony peach supports a greedy finish of honey.
