Inspired by the traditional tonic syrups made in the 19th century, our Sea Buckthorn Tonic brings a taste of our Canadian wild forest to your favourite gins.

Made for locally sourced sea buckthorn berries and Labrador tea, it has been changing the game for more nordic botanicals for the past ten years.

Take your classic favourite sipper, and add this tonic syrup to tell a story of a beautiful winter in the wild.

How to serve

Wheat Beers and IPAs;

  • Red and white sangrias;
  • Perfect with still or sparkling cider;
  • In iced teas (black), iced coffee, sparkling water, orange and carrot juice and kombucha;
  • In the kitchen to make vinaigrettes with salmon tartare, pork, beef, oysters, sharp cheddar cheese and walnuts.

    The bitter florality of Labrador tea perfectly coats the boreal acidity of sea buckthorn, supported by a delicate finish of orange peel and lemon.
