About

Based on the same principle of equal parts as the Last Word, the Paper Plane, although dating from 2008, is already on its way to becoming a classic! Sam Ross, then a bartender at the Violet Hour in Chicago, invented the cocktail. Its name is a reference to M.I.A.'s song Paper Planes, which Ross listened to on repeat while he was working on the invention of his cocktail.
