Whisky Highball

INGREDIENTS LIST

  • 1 ½ oz (45 ml) of whisky
  • 1 tsp (5 ml) of Monsieur Cocktail peach syrup
  • 4 ½ oz (135 ml) of sparkling water
  • Lemon zest (for garnish)

PrEparation

In a highball glass filled with ice, add all ingredients except sparkling water.

Stir with a spoon.

Top up with sparkling water.

Garnish with lemon zest.
