Spritz with Elderflower and Raspberry Syrups

Ingredients :

½ oz (15 ml) elderflower syrup

½ oz (15 ml) raspberry syrup

1 oz (30ml) sparkling water

3 oz (90 ml) dry sparkling wine or Non-alcoholic dry sparkling wine

Bunch of mint (for garnish)

Preparation :

In a wine glass, pour the syrups.

Fill with ice and stir with a chopstick or bar spoon until your fingers are very cold.

Top with sparkling water and sparkling wine.

Garnish with a sprig of mint.
