To make a pure and excellent lychee syrup, you first have to make sure it is make with the best lychee juice available.

Then, you must make sure to keep the florality of lychee during the pasteurization process, so the final result is fragrant and fresh like a lychee liqueur.

Our passion is to offer you the real deal, natural and all. That's why the pink colour of the syrup is achieve by adding a bit of natural, raspberry juice.

How to serve

White beers;

  • White and rosé sangrias
  • Perfect in kir or kir royale;
  • In iced tea (white, oolong, lapsang souchong), with sodas, lemonade and aguas frescas;
  • In the kitchen to make coulis on ice cream, yogurt, fruit salad, cranberries and sorbets as well as as as a marinade for Asian dishes.

    Taste

    Very floral, almost fragrant nose of fresh lychee. The palate, very sweet, brings out long notes of lychee frank and fresh, without the candy side of liqueurs.
