Bloody Caesar

INGREDIENTS LIST
- 1 oz (30 ml) of vodka
- ½ oz (15 ml) of Monsieur Cocktail bloody mix
- 3 oz (90 ml) of clamato
- Hot sauce (to taste)
- Celery, parsley and celery salt (for garnish)
Optionnel :
PrEparation
In a highball glass filled with ice, add all the ingredients.
Stir with a spoon.
Garnish with a rim of celery salt, a stalk or strip of celery and fresh parsley.

About
Created in 1969 in Alberta for the opening of an Italian restaurant and inspired by the vongole sauce, the Bloody Caesar is the best-selling cocktail in Canada. It is practically unknown in the rest of the world, where tomato juice is preferred to Clamato under the name Bloody Mary.
