Japanese Bloody

Cocktail made with vodka, sake, bloody mix, ponzu-style soy sauce, horseradish, cucumber and clamato on a red background.

INGREDIENTS LIST

  • 1 oz (30 ml) of vodka
  • 1 oz (30 ml) of sake
  • ½ oz (15 ml) of Monsieur Cocktail bloody mix
  • ¼ oz (8 ml) of ponzu-style soy sauce
  • 1 tsp (5 ml) of pickled horseradish
  • 2 cucumber slices, crushed
  • 4 oz (120 ml) of clamato
  • Nori and sesame (for garnish)
Optionnel :

PrEparation

In a highball glass filled with ice, add all the ingredients.

Stir with a spoon.

Garnish with a rim of black sesame seeds and a nori leaf.
