Caribbean Punch

INGREDIENTS LIST
- 1 ½ cups (375 ml) of amber or spiced rum
- 1 ½ oz (45 ml) of orange liqueur
- ¾ cup (175 ml) of Monsieur Cocktail ginger syrup
- ½ cup (125 ml) of pineapple juice
- 1 ½ oz (45 ml) of fresh lime juice
- 1 ½ cups (375 ml) of sparkling water
- 8 dashes of Angostura bitters
- Mint & Orange (for garnish)
Optionnel :
Serves 4.
PrEparation
Add all ingredients, except sparkling water, to a punch bowl.
Fill bowl with ice and stir with a wooden spoon.
Add the sparkling water.
Garnish with orange slices and fresh mint.
