Caribbean Punch

Punch made with rum, orange liqueur, ginger syrup, pineapple juice, lime juice and Angostura on an orange background.

INGREDIENTS LIST

  • 1 ½ cups (375 ml) of amber or spiced rum
  • 1 ½ oz (45 ml) of orange liqueur
  • ¾ cup (175 ml) of Monsieur Cocktail ginger syrup
  • ½ cup (125 ml) of pineapple juice
  • 1 ½ oz (45 ml) of fresh lime juice
  • 1 ½ cups (375 ml) of sparkling water
  • 8 dashes of Angostura bitters
  • Mint & Orange (for garnish)
Optionnel :

Serves 4.

PrEparation

Add all ingredients, except sparkling water, to a punch bowl.

Fill bowl with ice and stir with a wooden spoon.

Add the sparkling water.

Garnish with orange slices and fresh mint.
