Cocktail made with lager, ginger syrup, red unicorn syrup, cream soda and balsamic vinegar on a mauve background.

INGREDIENTS LIST

1 L of blonde beer
¼ cup (60 ml) of Monsieur Cocktail ginger syrup
½ cup (125 ml) of Monsieur Cocktail red unicorn syrup
1 cup (500 ml) of cream soda
2 tsp (10 ml) of balsamic vinegar
Mint (for garnish)

Optionnel :

Serves 6.

PrEparation

Add all ingredients, except the cream soda, to a pitcher.

Fill the pitcher with ice and stir with a wooden spoon.

Add the cream soda.

Garnish with fresh mint.
