Green Beast

Cocktail made with absinthe, lime syrup and cold water on a green background.

INGREDIENTS LIST

  • 1 oz (30 ml) of wormwood
  • 1 oz (30 ml) of Monsieur Cocktail lime syrup
  • 1 oz (30 ml) of cold water
  • Cucumber (for garnish)
Optionnel :

PrEparation

In a shaker, add all the ingredients and mix with ice.

Strain into a previously cooled cup.

Garnish with a slice of fresh cucumber.

About

Disarmingly simple, the Green Beast was invented by French mixologist Charles Vexenat at the Cocktails & Spirits Bar Show in Paris. Traditionally served with Pernod and cucumber slices, it can be served in a glass or as a punch in a bowl. Just multiply the quantities by the number of guests and mix with a spoon!
