Lime Sour
INGREDIENTS LIST
- 2 oz (60 ml) of vodka, gin, whiskey, pisco, brandy or tequila
- ¾ oz (22 ml) of Monsieur Cocktail lime syrup
- 1 egg white or vegan emulsifier
- Angostura bitters (for garnish)
Optionnel :
PrEparation
In a shaker, add all the ingredients and mix without ice.
Add ice and mix again.
Strain into a previously cooled cup.
Garnish with drops of Angostura bitters.
