Pina Colada

INGREDIENTS LIST
- 1 ½ oz (45 ml) of white rum
- ¼ oz (8 ml) of Monsieur Cocktail lime syrup
- ⅓ cup of (80 ml) of unsweetened coconut milk
- ½ cup (125 ml) of frozen pineapple cubes
- Pineapple leaves (for garnish)
Optionnel :
PrEparation
Pour all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
Pour into a short glass or Tiki glass.
Garnish with 3 pineapple leaves.

The Tiki era, the 50s, Puerto Rico. That's what Piña Colada is all about! Hollywood is going on vacation to this new destination and it is at the Beachcomber bar of the Hilton Caribe that the bartenders invent a recipe that "imprisons" the country in a glass. Boom! Our version is unique because it doesn't contain ice, but frozen pineapple chunks.
