About
An emblem of wealth since its first appearance on paper in the Bartender's Manual since the 1880s, this classic cocktail became, in the '50s and '60s, a measure of time for businessmen. At the time, we had "three Martini dinners", and not one less! It has even given its name to the glass in which it is served, so iconic has it become in cocktail culture. We raise our flared glass to the author E.B. White and his apt words about the Martini: "the elixir of tranquility"!
