Ingredients: 3 oz (90 ml) of dry sparkling wine; ½ oz (15 ml) of Monsieur Cocktail red unicorn syrup; 2 oz (60 ml) of fresh orange juice; Strawberry (for garnish)

3 oz (90 ml) of dry sparkling wine
½ oz (15 ml) of Monsieur Cocktail red unicorn syrup
2 oz (60 ml) of fresh orange juice
Strawberry (for garnish)

In a chilled flute, carefully add all the cold ingredients.

Stir gently with a spoon.

Garnish with a slice of strawberry.
