Strawberry Rose Sangria

INGREDIENTS LIST

  • 2 cups (500 ml) of rosé wine
  • 2 oz (60 ml) of gin
  • 3 oz (90 ml) of Monsieur Cocktail red unicorn syrup
  • ¾ cup (175 ml) of fresh or frozen mango cubes
  • 4 pink grapefruit rings
  • 1 cup (250 ml) of sparkling or sparkling water (your choice)
  • Grapefruit and thyme (for garnish)
Optionnel :

Serves 6.

PrEparation

Add all ingredients, except the fizz, to a pitcher.

Leave to macerate in the refrigerator for 2 to 4 hours.

Fill the pitcher with ice and stir with a wooden spoon.

Add the fizz.

Garnish with slices of grapefruit and fresh thyme.

About

The best rosé sangrias are strawberry or grapefruit. We decided to go all-in with both flavors, combining it with a third that is always unanimous: mango. Thirst-quenching as can be!
