Britz
Ingredients :
½ oz (15 ml) NOA non-alcoholic orange aperitivo
½ oz (15 ml) apple must
1 oz (30ml) sparkling water
Grapefruit slice (for garnish)
Preparation :
Combine all ingredients in a wine glass filled with ice.
Garnish with a slice of grapefruit.

What is a Britz? This is a long Spritz with sparkling cider rather than sparkling (sparkling cider being associated with Brittany). But with a good local apple must and our non-alcoholic orange aperitivo, it also works wonders.
