Elderflower Gin & Tonic

Recette de cocktail - Monsieur Cocktail - Patrice Plante - de cocktail avec sirop à la fleur de sureau, gin & tonic à la fleur de sureau
Ingredients :

1 oz (30ml) gin

½ oz (15 ml) elderflower syrup

2 ½ oz (75 ml) tonic

Lime wedge (for garnish)

Preparation :

In a glass pour all the ingredients, except the tonic.

Fill with ice and stir with a chopstick or bar spoon until your fingers are very cold.

Lengthen with the tonic.

Garnish with a lime wedge to add tanginess.
