Mimosa with Passion Fruit Syrup

Ingredients :

1/2 oz (15 ml) passion fruit syrup

1 oz (30 ml) pineapple juice

2 oz (60 ml) dry sparkling wine or Non-alcoholic dry sparkling wine

Lemon zest (for garnish)

Preparation :

In a chilled champagne glass, pour the syrup and the juice.

Slowly top with sparkling wine.

Garnish with a lemon zest.
